October 2018 - At the DZK, the new diesel locomotive VLASTA, which was purchased and repaired under the RailGate project, was set to full operation.

25.10.2018 – a regular working meeting of representatives of the project partners in Miškovec, Hungary took place. During the meeting program further work was done on the master plan, followed by a regular Staff Meeting. 

19.12.2018 – Working trip of DZK representatives on LÁEV. On the agenda was a visit of the st. Nicholas rides and a meeting with representatives of LÁEV and organizing agencies.
             
December 2018 – Final completion of MASTER PLAN. The document has been shifted to pre-print graphics.
