May 14, 2019 - On May 14, another Staff meeting was held, this time in Košice - directly on the Košice Children's Historic Railway. The meeting was attended by representatives of both project partners, taking a joint look at the ongoing renewal of the shunt VPRED. The project agenda was discussed.

June 14, 2019 - The ceremonial opening of the restored shunt VPRED was held in the presence of the Mayor of Košice Jaroslav Polacek, other representatives of the municipality and representatives of the client and contractor of the construction. Several media representatives attended the event as well. The fshunt VPRED was put into operation. This is the largest investment part of RailGate.
